Payments: Purchase orders are accepted on credit approval We accept Visa, Master card & American Express Order methods: Place your order by phone, fax, e-mail or regular mail. SHIPPING INFORMATION Shipping time: Order for stock items are shipped within 24 hours. Priority orders are shipped the same day received if placed before 1:00 PM Eastern standard time. Orders received after that time are not guaranteed shipment that day. United Parcel service is our primary shipping method. Federal Express or freight are used as required. CREDIT AND RETURNS Inspect all items in your order immediately after receiving shipment. Report all damages and shortages due to shipping loss to the carrier. Other problems with your shipment must be reported to us within five days of receiving shipment. If you have a problem with your order, please call and we will help you solve the problem and a return, replacement or credit authorized if necessary.
