THE XBar Bracket for large overhangs on two side of the island!

The XBar Bracket is for large overhangs on two sides of the island and the L Bracket is a single bracket which can be rotated to be used on either end to provide support. (at the end of breakfast bar or drinking bar)

The CounterBalance™ IslandBracket™ or CounterPlate™ can be installed in one of two ways. For a quick installation, simply screw the Bracket or Plate directly to the cabinet or stud wall. This will require shimming the countertop for a level installation. A better alternative is the routered install. This will permit a flush countertop installation and a router guide is available for the CounterBalance™ CounterPlate™ to simplify installation. Directions for both installation types are provided below:
