LORD® 7610DTM direct-to-metal adhesive/sealant is a single-component, moisture-cure product offering excellent adhesion to various substrates.

 A Few Features and Benefits You Can Expect from LORD® 7610DTM Direct-to-Metal Adhesive/Sealant:

  • Durable – creates high strength bonds, replacing mechanical fastening methods;
    exhibits excellent primerless adhesive properties.
  • Environmentally Resistant – resists weathering and aging; provides excellent resistance to indirect UV exposure.
  • Non-Sag – remains in position when applied on vertical or overhead surfaces, allowing for greater process flexibility.
  • Convenient – requires no mixing; cures quickly even at low temperatures; requires no ovens or other heat sources for curing.
  • Chemically Resistant – solvent resistant when cured.
  • Painting and most cleaning processes do not affect bond strength.
  • Temperature Resistant – uncured material can endure 225°F (107°C) for 60 minutes, and cured material can endure 325°F (163°C) for 60 minutes with no negative effect.

Pacer RTV Silicone LV GradePacer RTV Silicone LV Grade

Customers trust Pacer RTV Silicone LV Grade  to instantly form gaskets in place. Proper use of this product can replace cork, paper, asbestos and felt pre-cut gaskets.

Pacer RTV Silicone dries tough, yet flexible. It’s designed to withstand the elements as it can handle a huge temperature range from -75ºF (-60ºC) up to 400ºF (204ºC) continuous, and up to 500ºF (260ºC) intermittent. It’s tough enough to resist oil, antifreeze, grease and transmission fluid.

PERMABOND® 2011

PERMABOND® 2011PERMABOND® 2011 is a thixotropic, fast-setting cyanoacrylate particularly suitable for use on vertical and porous substrates. Cyanoacrylate adhesives are single component adhesives that polymerize rapidly when pressed into a thin film between parts. The moisture adsorbed on the surface initiates the curing of the adhesive. Strong bonds are developed extremely fast and on a great variety of materials. These properties make PERMABOND cyanoacrylates the ideal adhesives for high speed production lines.
