TX Temperature Extended:
Single component, high temperature cyanoacrylates for use at service temperatures up to 300°F.
Best for wire tacking and component bonding to printed circuit boards before and after wave soldering.
TX chemistry is specially designed to permit rapid “wire tacking” to plain printed circuit boards; boards covered with solder masks; and provides the best performance for “tacking” when board processing includes water washing operations.
These formulations work well on chromate conversion coatings and oily parts.
Excellent impact strengths of 10-15 lbs/in2 can be obtained.
MEDIUM CURE:
Broad use adhesive 100cP viscosity allows up to .004″ gap fill capability.
