Channel Lettering Products

Channel letters are common to signage and even preferred for store front presentations. A strong and reliable bond, therefore, is a must with these applications, but so is an attractive and eye-catching look. Chemical Concepts offers many channel lettering adhesive tools that cover both strength and appearance, like hot melt sticks (see Chem-Set’s HM612 High Strength picture below) and their corresponding hot melt guns, two-part acrylics, multi-component manual guns, and more.

Tapes

Another mainstay with sign applications is tape of several sorts. High bond tapes, like Tesa’s ACXplus-clear-7055, are used primarily with signage, particularly with more delicate, constructive bonding applications. Double-sided varieties can be used effectively with outdoor signs, given its ability to withstand the elements. We have many tape options, whether it’s high bond, double-sided, V-Groove, or even banner and masking tape, from trusted brands like Tesa and Chem-Set.

Dispensing Guns

In applying epoxies, urethanes, and acrylics used in the sign industry, trusted applicator guns are a key cog in the bonding process. Multi-component guns, like the Newborn 535XSP pictured below, can effectively and evenly apply two-part adhesives, at the preferred ratio. There are other options too, like the Newborn 520 and the Chem-Set CCH50G, plus a range of static mixers and other gun accessories.
