No-drill bonding fasteners are a revolutionary and very convenient alternative to the traditional and often times painstaking process of welding or drilling. Our no-drill fasteners can permanently replace rivets, welds, and even tapes, and are available in stainless steel, zinc plated, nano plated, and many other varieties. They can also bond with not just metal, but plastics, stone, wood, and composite materials. Our no-drill hardware is ideal for wall attachments, undermount supports, and mounting in general, but can also be used creatively with all sorts of applications and substrates.

Male Bolt Studs

Male bolt studs, like the M1-B23 pictured below are commonly used for undermount sinks and are available in .75”, 1”, 1.5” and 2” lengths.  In addition, we carry two thread sizes for M1 bolts, ¼ UNC and 10/32 UNF, depending on the nature of your project. Available in both plated steel and stainless steel, the M1 series bolts are available in bags of 50 or 100.

Female Collars

The F2 type female collar series, like the F2-B38 pictured below, are in many ways the counterpart to the M1 male bolt line. These can be used as the M1-B23’s “mate” in creating a sure no-drill bond with undermount sinks. Like type M1, the F2 line comes in bags of 50 or 100 and are available in several sizes and thread types. The F2-B38 comes in four lengths (.375”, .5”, .75” and 1”) and four thread sizes (1/4 UNC, 10/32 UNF, 3/8 UNC, and 5/16 UNC).

Hex Nuts

Similar to the F2 collars, the type FI hex nuts are the female complement for hex style hardware bolts, used most commonly with sink undermounts in kitchens or bathrooms. The F1-B38  pictured below is a 38MM/1.5” round hex nut with several thread sizes – ½ UNC, ¼ UNC, 10/32 UNF, 3/8 UNC, and 5/16 UNC.

Specialty Items

We carry a host of specialty items like our stamped metal sink clips, used in combination with our M1B fasteners and stamped wing nuts to install undermount sinks.  We also carry highly specialized products like the Chem-Set F1CT38 dishwasher fastener pictured below.  Eliminating the need for wooden strips or drilling to the underside of your cabinet, this product is an easy-to-use, glue-on system specifically designed for dishwasher installation.
