Suggested Uses:

Use Sikagard 62 as a high build, corrosion-resistant, protective coating, as a protective lining for secondary containment structures or as a seamless flooring system.

Devcon® Epoxy Coat 7000

Devcon Epoxy Coat 7000Devcon Epoxy Coat 7000 is an acid-resistant, room-temperature cured, 100 percent solids, epoxy coating that provides a durable, chemical-resistant coating. A 100% solids, 2-component Novalac Epoxy.

Suggested Uses:

Devcon Epoxy Coat 7000 is optimal for concrete surfaces that regularly face the effects of harsh acids that can eat away and damage surfaces. It is especially suited for coating smooth or mildly spalled concrete and offers a high gloss finish. Since it offers excellent adhesion to concrete surfaces, factories, garages or other tough environments are ideal for this easy-to-clean, acid resistant epoxy. Additionally, it is an ideal coating for chemical storage tanks, dike walls, and containment areas where chemical resistance to acids is needed.

A Few of the Advantages of Using Devcon Epoxy Coat 7000:

  •   Self-leveling; easily applied with a brush, roller or squeegee.
  •   Outstanding resistance to many chemicals including acids, alkalis, oils, gasoline, and jet fuel.
  •   Can be used as a primer system for damp surfaces.
  •   Can be applied at temperatures as low as 40°F.
  •   Acceptable for use in meat and poultry plants.
  •   Superior resistance to concentrated acids (including 98% sulfuric)

Usage Details:

Devcon Epoxy Coat gray 7000 epoxy adhesive is compatible with concrete and metal materials with a 24 hour cure time. Provides a 36 min working time. Works in a mix ratio of 3:2. Maximum operating temperature is +200 F.

EPON™ Resin 828 is an undiluted clear difunctional iquid epoxy resin. When cross-linked or hardened with appropriate curing agents, very good mechanical, adhesive, dielectric and chemical resistance properties are obtained.
