We are seeking a hard-working, reliable, and punctual Customer Service Representative to join our growing operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for conferring with customers by telephone to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, and obtain details of complaints.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Create a positive customer experience through prompt, courteous, and high-quality service
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and Interactive communication
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, take messages and assist with all Inbound communications
  • Use business software to enter customer purchase orders, retrieve customer information, stock status information, status of purchase orders, create return authorizations and maintain accuracy and quality of all data
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Resolve customers’ service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or adjusting bills
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
  • Take payment and process credit card authorizations
  • Support inside/outside sales team with product Information, customer information and other requests
  • Screen calls to r
    educe nuisance Inquiries
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Provide product information and assistance to frequently asked questions
  • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
  • Assist with outbound calls to support inside sales efforts as needed
  • Assist with sorting and filing of invoices and documents
  • Contribute to team effort by supporting coworkers whenever possible and providing feedback to Improve processes achieve company goals

Qualification requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1-2 yrs of previous customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and mathematical skills
  • Must be dependable and reliable
  • Data entry and computer skills required
  • High level of personal integrity
  • Interacts well with other people

Physical demands and abilities:

  • Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear
  • Required to stand, sit for long periods of time and walk
  • Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.
