Description
EasyFlo Spray FR Liquid Plastic is a two-part, sprayable polyurethane resin that cures (RTV) to an off-white, Shore D75, UL-94 (V-0) fire-retardant plastic. Use a portable PlasPak Spray Gun or higher-volume spray equipment to apply a hardcoat over foam or for sprayed-up hollow castings. For a pourable, UL-94 (V-0) fire-retardant plastic, consider EasyFlo 100 FR Liquid Plastic.
Mix Ratio: 1A/1B by volume, 100:A/ 90:B by weight
Shore Hardness: D75
Cured Color: Off White
Mixed Viscosity: 250 cP
The color of polyurethane Part Bs may change in color from batch to batch or may darken with age, but product performance is not affected. For additional physical property specifications, refer to the Physical Properties Bulletin.
