Description

The ChemSet 161-230 is a disposable static mixer with a bell mount cartridge attachment and stepped mixing nozzle outlet.

This ChemSet 161-230 static mixer has a bell housing or bell mount cartridge attachment and is used with 200, 400, or 600 ml cartridges or meter mix machines. The stepped mixing nozzle outlet attachment is designed to discharge a precise bead of adhesive or to attach to a spreading device. Inside the casing is a 30-section element that fits tightly to eliminate any adhesive bypass during the mixing process. Designed for mixing ratios 1:1 and 2:1; this ensures a complete mix for epoxies, polyurethanes, silicones, and methyl methacrylates. The ChemSet 161-230 is a motionless mixer for manufacturing assembly operations, carbon fiber meter mix machines, potting operations and concrete repair.
