Description
This is the 210 mL cartridge of LORD 310 A/B epoxy adhesive, LORD part 3031527, a gray 1:1 thixotropic epoxy paste for bonding prepared metals, rubber, urethane, and plastics. It replaced the old LORD 310 Pak 300 (3020264). Each cartridge comes with one static mixer. The Newborn 3-203-XSP gun it runs in is sold separately. When the 210 mL Cartridge Makes Sense
- Production bonding and sign install days with enough bonds to use most of a cartridge in a session.
- More than four times the adhesive of the 50 mL, so fewer cartridge changes on a long run.
- Coming off the old Pak 300 (3020264)? This cartridge takes a different gun. The old gun will not run it.
- Working time is 30 to 60 minutes at 75°F. Once material in the mixer starts to cure, put a fresh MCQ 08-24T on before you dispense again.
- Push a short bead through the mixer and discard it until the color runs a uniform gray with no off-white streaks.
