ISFA – International Stone Fabricator’s Association – One of ISFA’s prevailing goals is to improve the natural and sintered stone industry through professionalism and honesty; it’s through innovation too that the bar is constantly set higher for fabricators, suppliers, distributors, and eventually customers enjoying the final product. Chemical Concepts works hand in hand with ISFA to learn, experiment, and create products in the stone countertop arena that perform well, are economical and safe, and are preferred by fabricators, installers, and customers due to their effectiveness and value.

Stone Fabricator’s Alliance – Much like ISFA, the Stone Fabricator’s Alliance exists to further the stone fabricator’s cause by improving the products, materials, and methods that go into the countertops, kitchen islands, and bathroom vanities that customers’ enjoy. By facilitating forums and workshops, FSA focuses a lot of energy on education, and supplying the resources necessary for affiliates like Chemical Concepts to pioneer the industry with cutting edge products and techniques.

The Natural Stone Institute – Another driving force for us at Chemical Concepts, as it relates to creating and distributing only the finest stone countertop products and accessories, is the Natural Stone Institute. In the same vein as ISFA and MIA, this partnership allows us the knowledge and know-how to complement the best stone and marble materials available with the very best seaming adhesives, countertop support brackets, and fasteners.

Enjoying partnership with ISFA, SFA, and MIA means that we’re in the loop when it comes to the marble and natural stone countertop industry. In a recent blog, we highlighted our new color match tool, which exemplifies this relationship well. Working with stone manufacturers, we found a way to match, almost without exception, every manufacturer stone color with its adhesive complement. Our C-20 and C-30 varieties of seaming adhesives (from in-house brand Chem-Set) work to seamlessly bond surfaces like marble and quartz, resisting the rigors of kitchen or bath use while complementing the color shade of the stone to perfection.
