Description

The Chem-Set 160-632 (Nordson 7700856 replacement) is a disposable static mixer with a standard bell mount cartridge attachment and a slipped mixing nozzle outlet.

This ChemSet 160-632 static mixer has a bell housing or bell mount cartridge attachment and is used with 200, 400, or 600 ml cartridges or meter mix machines. Inside the casing is a 32-section element that fits tightly to eliminate any adhesive bypass during the mixing process. Designed for mixing ratios 1:1 and 2:1; this ensures a complete mix for epoxies, polyurethanes, silicones, and methyl methacrylates. The ChemSet 160-632 is a motionless mixer for manufacturing assembly operations, carbon fiber meter mix machines, potting operations and concrete repair.
