Description
Permabond® 200 is a high-viscosity cyanoacrylate adhesive designed for wire-tacking, component bonding, and general-purpose applications. It offers fast fixture times and high strength, making it ideal for plastics, rubbers, and metals. The thicker formulation prevents excessive flow, allowing for precise application in industrial manufacturing and repair settings.
This single-component adhesive cures rapidly at room temperature upon contact with surface moisture, forming a strong and durable bond.
For customers seeking alternatives to Loctite® 410, 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ CA100, or Permatex® Black Super Glue, Permabond 200 provides an excellent high-strength bonding solution.

Directions for Use
- Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and grease-free. Use acetone or isopropanol for best results.
- Apply Permabond 200 sparingly to one surface only.
- Quickly align and press components together. Apply even pressure to ensure a thin, even adhesive film.
- Hold in place for 15 seconds until initial bond forms.
- Allow 24 hours for full strength development.
- For difficult or porous surfaces, use Permabond CSA or QFS 16 Activator.
- For bonding polypropylene, polyethylene, PTFE, or silicone, use Permabond Polyolefin Primer (POP) before applying adhesive.
🔹 Note: Permabond 200 can withstand brief high-temperature exposures (e.g., during paint baking or wave soldering processes), provided the joint is not excessively stressed.
