Permabond TA4610 Plastic Adhesive – Polypropylene, HDPE, PE

Description

Permabond® TA4610 is a two-part, 1:1 ratio toughened acrylic adhesive designed for bonding low surface energy plastics such as polypropylene, polyethylene (PE, HDPE), and PTFE without the need for primers, plasma, or flame treatment. It also offers strong adhesion to metals, composites, and a range of engineered plastics—making it ideal for bonding dissimilar materials.

Formulated with microparticles, TA4610 is optimized for bonding assemblies with larger gaps (up to 1mm). It delivers high impact strength, chemical resistance, and excellent water resistance—even for submerged applications.
