Description
ChemSet 741K Sink & Dishwasher Anchor Kit (4 Sets of Hardware + 50ml Cartridge 605 Acrylic Adhesive) contains Undermount Studs and Sink Clips as well as our ChemSet 605 Acrylic Adhesive, Mixing Cups and Mixing Sticks to securely mount sinks and dishwahers under any counter surface without drilling.

Each Kit will Contain:
- (4) M1-RB38-1/4-20×0.75″ Studs
- (4) Z-Shaped Sink Clips
- (4) Wingnuts
- (4) Washers
- (2) F1CT Dishwasher Fasteners
- (1) 605 Acrylic, 50ml Cartridge
- (1) 50ml Dispense Gun
- (2) Extra Mixing Nozzles
Instructions:
- Remove cap from 605 Acrylic Adhesive – Dispense a small amount of adhesive until adhesive is flowing from both sides (A&B)
- 25ml Hand Syringe: Push adhesive out in equal amounts in provided mixing cup and mix thoroughly with mixing stick until the color is completely uniform
- Clean the area to be bonded and the Glue-On Fastener with alcohol. Surface must be clean and dry for good adhesion
- Carefully apply 633 Epoxy to the base of the Glue-On Fastener or and set in desired position on the underside of the countertop around the sink cut-out
- Allow 45 minutes – 1 hour for adhesive to reach proper handling strength
- Note: Adhesive will continue to cure for up to 24 hours
- Once adhesive has reached handling strength place your sink into position, mount the ‘Z’-Shaped Sink Clip onto the Glue-On Fastener, add Washer, then tighten with the Wingnut
