LORD® Signlok™ 810

LORD® Signlok™ 810 adhesive, when cured with LORD Accelerator 20, creates a flexible adhesive system for bonding metals, such as aluminum, aluminum composite material (ACM), galvanized steel and CRS, and engineered plastics, such as PC-ABS and ASA. LORD Signlok 810 adhesive in combination with LORD Accelerator 20 delivers fast cure speed and strong bonding with minimal bondline read-through (BLRT). LORD Accelerator 20 allows precise control of the adhesive bondline thickness due to its content of glass beads.

LORD^® Signlok™ 406

LORD^® Signlok™ 406 adhesive is a two-component adhesive system designed for bonding a wide variety of prepared or unprepared metals and engineered plastics. LORD Signlok 406 adhesive can be used to replace welding, brazing, riveting and other mechanical fastening methods. This adhesive system is formulated to provide some of the highest impact and peel strengths available in a room temperature curing adhesive.

• Versatile – bonds a wide range of unprepared metals with minimal substrate preparation, as well as engineered thermoplastics including XENOY^®, polycarbonate, ABS and acrylics.
• Temperature Resistant – performs at temperatures from -40°F to +300°F (-40°C to +149°C).
• Environmentally Resistant – resists dilute acids, alkalis, solvents, greases, oils, moisture, salt spray and weathering; provides excellent resistance to indirect UV exposure.
• UL Rated – UL 746C certified.
• Non-Sag – remains in position when applied on vertical or overhead surfaces, allowing for greater process flexibility.
• Precise Bondline – allows precise control of the adhesive bondline thickness due to its content of glass beads.

Lord^® Signlok™ 403

LORD^® 403 acrylic adhesive can be used to replace welding, brazing, riveting and other mechanical fastening methods. This adhesive system performs particularly well in low-temperature environments (due to its low viscosity) and applications that are subject to high impact or high peel loads. In extreme cold temperatures, the 403 will set slower than the 406, but much better than the medium set 406.

LORD 403 acrylic adhesive, when mixed with LORD Accelerator 19 or 19GB, creates an adhesive system that bonds a wide variety of prepared or unprepared metals and engineered plastics. The adhesive system is specifically formulated to provide the highest impact and peel strengths available in a room temperature curing adhesive.

LORD 403 acrylic adhesive can be mixed with either LORD Accelerator 19 or LORD Accelerator 19GB. LORD Accelerator 19 improves the high temperature resistance of LORD 403 acrylic adhesive, and is available in off-white or black. LORD Accelerator 19GB allows precise control of the adhesive bondline thickness due to its content of glass beads. LORD Accelerator 19GB is available in off-white, red or grey.

• Temperature Resistant – performs at temperatures from -40°F to +300°F (-40°C to +149°C). The adhesive offers rapid curing (6 minutes!) at higher temperatures.
• Environmentally Resistant – resists dilute acids, alkalis, solvents, greases, oils, moisture, salt spray and weathering; provides excellent resistance to indirect UV exposure.
• Non-Sag – remains in position when applied on vertical or overhead surfaces, allowing for greater process flexibility.
• UL Rated – when mixed with LORD Accelerator 19, adhesive system is UL 746C certified.
