Permabond® 792 is a low-viscosity, ultra-fast setting cyanoacrylate adhesive designed for surface-insensitive bonding, including acidic materials like wood, plated metals, ceramics, plastics, and rubbers. It is NSF-approved for non-food contact applications, making it an excellent choice for industrial, medical, and manufacturing environments. The fast-curing, low-frosting formula minimizes whitening and improves aesthetics in precision bonding and high-speed production lines.

This single-component adhesive cures rapidly at room temperature upon contact with surface moisture. It meets MIL-SPEC MIL-A-46050C Type II, Class 2 (existing designs) and CID A-A-3097 Type II, Class 2 (new designs), ensuring compliance for military, aerospace, and industrial applications.

Directions for Use

1. Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and grease-free. Use acetone or isopropanol for best results.
2. Apply Permabond 792 sparingly to one surface only.
3. For wicking applications, allow the adhesive to seep naturally into joints or cracks.
4. Quickly align and press components together. Apply even pressure to ensure a thin, even adhesive film.
5. Hold in place for 2-3 seconds until initial bond forms.
6. Allow 24 hours for full strength development.
7. For difficult or porous surfaces, use Permabond CSA or QFS 16 Activator.

🔹 Note: For bonding polypropylene, polyethylene, PTFE, or silicone, use Permabond Polyolefin Primer (POP) before applying adhesive.
