The Chem-Set C40 Inlaymaster Adhesive is a two-part, flowable methacrylate specifically designed for creating inlays in solid surface (acrylic and polyester and blends), and other materials.

The C40 Inlaymaster features a low temperature cure (exotherm) and air release agents as well as being ultra violet light stable, and non-yellowing for improved aesthetics. We know that your customers want to have confidence that the inlay that they install will look attractive for years to come – that’s why our customers trust C40 Inlaymaster to stay color-true once installed.

And speaking of color, C40 Inlaymaster can accommodate nearly any color need for your inset, as it is available in clear, as well as more than 90 different color variations. Additionally, our team can match PMS colors from logos and other artwork to ensure that the overall design looks as sleek as possible.

Combined at a ratio of 10:1 (10 parts resin, one part activator), Inlaymaster adhesives have a working time of 10 to 15 minutes. This adhesive achieves nearly 90 percent of its ultimate strength in just 25 to 30 minutes at room temperature curing.
