Application Instructions
Surface Preparation
- Clean the repair area with Devcon® Cleaner Blend 300 to remove dirt, oil, and grease.
- Use grit blasting or grinding to roughen the surface for better adhesion.
Mixing Instructions
- Combine resin and hardener at a 4:1 volume ratio.
- Stir thoroughly until a uniform consistency is achieved.
Application and Curing
- Apply directly to the repair area, pressing firmly to maximize contact.
- Functional cure in 16 hours at room temperature.
- For enhanced strength, heat cure at 200°F (93°C) for 4 hours.
