Description
CHT QM 255 is a two-part, addition-cure silicone elastomer designed for producing high-detail, durable molds. It cures at room temperature to form a flexible, tear-resistant rubber that reproduces intricate surface textures while offering long-lasting dimensional stability.
Its 10:1 mix ratio and pourable viscosity make QM 255 easy to use for casting a variety of resin systems, including polyester, polyurethane (rigid or foam), and epoxy. It’s widely used for architectural reproduction, furniture and picture frame molding, technical prototypes, and composite parts.
