Sikaflex 255 FC is a black one-component polyurethane adhesive for commercial-vehicle glazing and mineral-glass window replacement. • Application temperature range: 50 F to 95 F.
• Shore A hardness: 60 by CQP023-1 / ISO 48-4.
• Tensile strength: 6 MPa, or 870 psi, by CQP036-1 / ISO 527.
• Tensile lap-shear strength: 4 MPa, or 580 psi, by CQP046-1 / ISO 4587.

Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free from grease, oil, dust, and contamination. Follow the current Sika pretreatment chart for the exact glass, coating, paint, or body substrate, and install the glass before the adhesive builds skin.
