Description
Static mixer MCH 05-32T is a Medmix MIXPAC C-System mixing nozzle for compatible 1:1 and 2:1 two-component cartridges. The bell inlet seats at the cartridge outlet and is secured by the system retaining nut. Inside the polypropylene housing, 32 helical elements divide and recombine both components before the material reaches the stepped discharge tip.
Static Mixer Fitment and Compatibility
Use this article with C-System cartridge outlets configured for equal-volume 1:1 or offset 2:1 dispensing. The MCH family is distinct from MCHX mixers intended for 4:1 and 10:1 ratios. Manufacturer article 102416 has a 5 mm internal diameter and 2.6 mL mixer volume. Confirm cartridge family, component ratio, outlet geometry, and material viscosity before approving the tip for production.
Static Mixer Ordering Format
This mixer is sold by the individual unit, making it practical for maintenance replacement, trial work, or matching one mixer to each prepared cartridge. Bulk box quantities support production purchasing and replenishment planning. A fresh static mixing nozzle should be installed whenever cured material blocks the internal path or the adhesive has remained inside longer than its usable working window.
Wipe both cartridge openings clean before seating the mixer. Lock the retaining nut, apply pressure gradually, and purge the first material until the bead shows consistent color and texture. Do not continue if the dispenser force rises sharply. Cold compound, cured residue, incorrect fitment, or a blocked tip can load the cartridge and tool. Discard an obstructed 2 part mixing nozzle instead of trying to clear it under pressure.
