Reverse Channel Letter Bonding System
Our Reverse Channel Letter Bonding System lets sign fabricators replace MIG/TIG welding and tedious grinding with a fast, UL-recognized structural adhesive (LORD® Signlok™ 406) and a high-performance acrylic hot-melt stick (Surebonder 925R10) applied with the CCH220 heavy-duty glue gun. The result: stronger bonds, cleaner aesthetics, and dramatic labor savings for halo-lit and back-lit letters.

Why Choose Adhesive Bonding Over Welding?
-
No rust, sparks, or heat distortion—maintain crisp letter geometry.
-
Skip the re-grind: zero weld seams to sand or fill.
-
Use lighter 22-24 ga. aluminum for material cost savings.
-
Bond dissimilar substrates—aluminum, stainless, ACM, polycarbonate, ABS.
-
Faster throughput: hot-melt tacks in 60 s; structural adhesive reaches handling strength in ~15 min.
-
Cleaner halo—no read-through or light leaks.
