The Spray-500’s powerful motor pushes the glue stick through the gun with ease, achieving high adhesive output and low operator fatigue. With an operating temperature of 400˚F and the versatility to dispense either spray or solid bead, SureBonder is delivering the highest-quality hot melt technology available on the market today.

The Spray-500 is equipped with top-of-the-line features, including:

• Adjustable air pressure to control wide to narrow spray
• Over 8 lbs. of hot melt output per hour
• Integrated gun balancer mount hole
• Lighted on/off switch & “ready” light
• Rubber trigger grip & sturdy, built-in case
• Includes storage case, air/regulator hose, and two nozzles – (1) spray and (1) bead

In order to be as versatile as possible, SureBonder equipped the Spray-500 gun to be compatible with hot melt adhesives with a low-viscosity formula and a long open time for wood, foam, fabric, polypropylene, and polyethylene plastics, as well as glass and metal applications.
