Their Signlok 406 adhesive has had resounding success since hitting our shelves; here’s what it can do for you!

Signlok 406 is a two-component adhesive system designed to achieve maximum bonding strength to a wide variety of prepared or unprepared metals and even engineered plastics.

This adhesive can be used to replace welding, brazing, riveting, and other mechanical fastening methods. This is no low-strength adhesive; Signlok 406 is designed to provide some of the highest impact and peel strengths available in a room-temperature cured adhesive.

Signlok 406 is one of the most versatile adhesives on the market today. It also possesses a number of unique features and benefits, such as:

• Temperature resistant from -40˚ to >300˚F
• Environmentally resistant – resists solvents, greases, oils, moisture, salt spray, and weathering
• UL Rated and UL 879 certified
• Non-sag – perfect for vertical or overhead application
• Precise bondline for control of bondline thickness due to glass bead content

The shelf life of each component in Signlok 406 is 18 months when stored properly in a well-ventilated area. It does best in areas below 80˚F in its original, unopened container. While it can be stored in cold temperatures, it is recommended that the adhesive be restored to room temperature before use.
