Description

The Techcon 700 Series 3cc dark amber syringe barrel holds and dispenses light-sensitive materials on the bench. The amber wall screens visible and UV light up to 520 nm while still letting an operator see the fluid level, so a UV-cure adhesive or cyanoacrylate stays stable in the barrel through a shift. This bulk case supplies 1,000 barrels for production lines.

What the dark amber syringe barrel is built for

Each syringe barrel is molded from low-friction polypropylene and is silicone-free and chloride-free, so it will not seed contamination into sensitive one-part chemistries. A Double Helix Luer lock at the tip end holds dispense tips securely under pressure, and the barrel works with industry-standard piston and receiver-head hardware. Fill it with adhesive, grease, solder paste, or light-cure resin, seat a wiper piston, and it runs on any 700 Series benchtop or handheld dispenser.

The barrel is rated for operating pressure up to 100 psi (6.9 bar), which covers time-pressure and manual dispensing across most assembly work.
