Description
RP 3200 is a high-viscosity ethyl cyanoacrylate adhesive for fast bonding of similar and dissimilar materials. Technical references list a clear liquid, 3200 cps viscosity, 15 to 20 second handling strength in many applications, and gap filling up to 0.008 inch.

RP 3200 Application Checks
- Remove oil, dust, mold release, and loose material from the bond area.
- Apply a small bead to one side, then assemble parts quickly.
- Hold the joint still until handling strength develops.
- Test activator use before production because accelerators can affect appearance and final properties.
- Keep eye protection, gloves, and cleanup materials near the work area.
Technical and Safety Notes
