Description
The Cox AirFlow 1 PPA 300A is an air powered applicator for two component cartridges. This configuration runs 375 mL cartridges at a 4:1 mix ratio and delivers up to 5 kN of thrust at 100 psi, enough to move medium and high viscosity adhesives in a steady bead. A quick exhaust valve cuts pressure the moment you release the trigger, which keeps drips and stringing off the part between shots.
Where the Cox AirFlow 1 fits
Production benches that run repeated bonding or sealing cycles use the pneumatic feed to hold an even bead with far less hand fatigue than a manual gun. It suits structural acrylics, epoxies, and urethanes packaged in side by side cartridges, and the adjustable flow lets an operator dial output to the joint width and pace of the line.
How the Cox AirFlow 1 controls flow
A rugged steel frame and aluminum handle stand up to daily shop use. Output tracks air pressure, so an inline regulator sets bead size, and the quick exhaust valve stops flow fast to limit waste between parts. Swapping the cartridge holder adapts the gun to other cartridge sizes and ratios, so one frame covers a range of jobs. An operator holds a steady output across long production runs without the fatigue of a hand squeezed trigger.
