Description
The Cox AirFlow VBA-100 HP is a pneumatic applicator for 200 mL two-component cartridges in a 1:1 mix ratio. Shop air drives both pistons together, so resin and hardener leave the cartridge at the set ratio and feed a static mixer without manual force. The high-pressure build handles the thicker structural materials that a standard gun struggles to push.
Where the Cox AirFlow VBA-100 fits
This gun suits structural bonding, potting, and assembly work that runs two-part epoxies, urethanes, and methacrylates from 200 mL side-by-side cartridges. Even air-driven thrust keeps the mix ratio accurate from the first bead to the last, which matters when cure depends on the resin-to-hardener balance. A regulator on the inlet lets you tune pressure to the material viscosity.
How the Cox AirFlow VBA-100 performs
The frame is built for high thrust, with an anodized aluminum carriage and a glass-filled nylon handle that take solvent and daily handling. Maximum air pressure is 6.8 bar (100 psi), and the trigger releases pressure cleanly to stop flow at the end of a bead. Swap the static mixer between dispenses and the gun is ready for the next cartridge.
