Description
AirFlow 2 Quart is a COX pneumatic one-component dispenser for 946 mL (29 oz) cartridges used with low to medium viscosity sealants and adhesives. The Series 2 air system gives shops a lightweight quart cartridge tool for consistent beads without manual trigger force.
AirFlow 2 Quart Benefits
- 29 oz cartridge capacity supports larger jobs with fewer tube changes.
- 337 lbf maximum thrust gives steady feed for many low to medium viscosity materials.
- 100 psi maximum pneumatic pressure matches common plant-air setup practices.
- Anodized aluminum barrel and epoxy coated steel frame support daily handling.
- Glass filled nylon handle keeps the dispenser manageable during long bead runs.
Use this tool when cartridge volume matters, but the job does not require a bulk or sachet dispenser. It fits production sealing, shop maintenance, and installation work where a standard quart cartridge is the preferred package.
AirFlow 2 Quart Applications
- Long sealant beads in fabrication, glazing, and panel assembly.
- Low to medium viscosity adhesive cartridge dispensing at workstations.
- Maintenance teams using 29 oz cartridges for repeat facility repairs.
- Production cells that need air-powered output instead of manual force.
- Applications where quart cartridges reduce downtime between material changes.
Setup And Use
Confirm the cartridge size, nozzle opening, and air pressure before loading material. Start below the maximum pressure and adjust until the bead is clean and predictable. Keep the nozzle moving as pressure builds so the first deposit does not flood the joint.
Do not leave a loaded cartridge under pressure between jobs. Bleed air, clean the nozzle area, and store the tool where the barrel and front plate cannot be damaged. If the bead pulses, check air supply, plunger contact, and cartridge condition.
Technical Details And Documentation
