Description
The Albion Hot Pot warms and holds sealants, coatings, and adhesives at a usable temperature in cold conditions. It is a heavy gauge steel pail with a lid and side carry handles, sized to keep a working supply of material flowing when the temperature drops on site. A full pail keeps a single operator or a small crew supplied through a cold shift without reheating from scratch.
What the Albion Hot Pot holds
The pail takes a full case of 10 oz cartridges, 20 oz sausages, two 2-gallon pails, or one 5-gallon pail, so a crew can pre-warm a shift of material at once. Cold sealant and adhesive thicken and dispense poorly. Warming the supply ahead of the gun keeps flow, tooling, and cure on track in winter work.
How the Albion Hot Pot performs
A 500 watt heating element brings the contents to working temperature in about 20 minutes, and an internal thermostat holds 120 to 140 degrees F. The unit runs on a 120 VAC plug-in and is built for exterior use only. Interior dimensions are 15 inches high by 18 inches in diameter. The lid holds heat between draws, and the side handles let two people move a loaded pail safely.
