Description
The Deform-Nut® TC/DM10 1/4-20 is a threaded rivet nut insert for honeycomb and sandwich panels. This variant fits 1″ panels with a total thickness of 0.866″–1.004″ (22.0–25.5 mm). Installs from one side — no backside access needed. Mechanical anchoring plus structural adhesive potting delivers high pull-out and shear resistance in aluminum honeycomb, Nomex®, fiberglass, carbon fiber, and composite core panels.
