Description
Devcon Deep Pour Grout is a filled epoxy grout for rebuilding worn concrete and pouring equipment pads up to 6 inches deep in a single placement. It mixes easily, self-levels, and cures with low shrinkage, so machinery seats on a stable base that holds critical alignment.
Where Devcon Deep Pour Grout is used
This grout levels and beds heavy rotating and reciprocating equipment: compressors, generators, blowers, lathes, ball mills, engines, pulverizers, large pump bases, and milling machines. It also rebuilds spalled or worn concrete around equipment foundations. Because it bonds to both metal and concrete and resists most industrial chemicals, it fits plant floors, pump rooms, and process areas. The formula is accepted for use in meat and poultry plants. Millwrights and maintenance crews use it during equipment installs and rebuilds where a precise, durable bed is required.
How Devcon Deep Pour Grout performs
The mix flows into place and self-levels, which fills voids under a baseplate without hand packing. Low shrinkage keeps the cured pad dimensionally stable, so anchor bolts and shims hold their set position. Mix the two parts to the published ratio, place within the working time, and let it cure before returning equipment to load. The concrete should be clean, sound, and free of oil so the epoxy grips. The cured material carries compressive load under vibration and resists oil, solvents, and many process chemicals that attack ordinary cementitious grout.
