Process Notes

Attach the correct static mixer, purge a small amount until both sides flow evenly, and apply the mixed adhesive to a clean surface. Keep the bead size reasonable so heat and cure remain predictable. Let bonded assemblies stand for the stated functional cure time before load, movement, or downstream processing. For critical work, test the exact substrates and joint geometry before approving production use.

Store cartridges in a cool, dry area and keep the outlet clean between uses. A fresh mixer is required after the adhesive begins to set in the nozzle. Mark partial cartridges with the date opened so bench stock stays traceable.
