Description
Techcon TS5623HD Delrin hand-held diaphragm valve is a finger-actuated dispensing valve for low to medium viscosity fluids when a timed controller is not required. The Delrin fluid housing and UHMWPE diaphragm support manual dots, beads, and small shots from a pressure-fed material source.
dispensing valve for Hand Control
The TS5623HD uses a finger lever to start the cycle and an internal spring return to close the fluid path. That design lets an operator control placement directly at the part while keeping the valve compact enough for fixtures, repair benches, and short production runs. The short opening stroke supports quick shutoff, and user-replaceable parts help maintenance teams keep the valve in service.
Where a dispensing valve Fits
- Manual adhesive, coating, grease, and sealant application from a pressure pot.
- Bench work where a hand valve is easier to position than a mounted valve.
- Low to medium viscosity fluids that need controlled beads or dots.
- UV cure adhesive work where Delrin wetted materials are suitable.

Pair the valve with the proper material supply, tubing, and dispense tip before production use. Start with low pressure, test the bead on scrap, then adjust operator rhythm and supply pressure until the deposit is repeatable. Clean the wetted path after use, keep setup notes for pressure and tip size, and replace worn parts before shutoff quality declines. Use the same hose ID and tip family when repeating an approved setup.
