Description
Techcon TS5622VU-DVD UHMWPE diaphragm valve is a dispensing valve for low to medium viscosity fluids where clean shutoff, material compatibility, and controlled bead size matter. The vertical UHMWPE and stainless wetted path is used in precision dispensing setups that need a compact valve with luer lock outlet geometry.
dispensing valve for UHMWPE Fluid Paths
The TS5622VU-DVD uses pneumatic actuation with an internal spring return. A short opening stroke helps the valve close quickly after each cycle, while external stroke adjustment lets technicians tune deposit size after pressure, tip, and material package are selected. The 70 to 90 psi operating air range and 70 psi maximum fluid pressure make the valve suitable for many adhesive, coating, resin, and lacquer stations.
Where a dispensing valve Fits
- Automated and benchtop stations that apply low to medium viscosity materials.
- UV cure adhesive, resin, lacquer, primer, and specialty chemical dispensing where UHMWPE wetted parts are preferred.
- Fine beads and small shots that need positive shutoff after each cycle.
- Machine layouts that use luer lock outlets and compact valve mounting.
