Description

Epilogue Epi-Clear is a two-part, crystal-clear 1:1 surface-coating epoxy for bartops, tabletops, counters, furniture, and decorative wood projects. It is a coating system, not the Epilogue deep-pour casting product. Choose Epi-Clear when the finished surface is the primary consideration, and Epi-Pour when depth and volume are central to the design.

Select a kit size

Every kit ships with matched 1:1 Part A and Part B quantities, so measuring is straightforward and the total mixed volume is clear before the work begins. Available kit sizes:

• 2 Quart Kit (1 qt A + 1 qt B)
• 1 Gallon Kit (0.5 gal A + 0.5 gal B)
• 2 Gallon Kit (1 gal A + 1 gal B)
• 10 Gallon Kit (5 gal A + 5 gal B, 5G pails)

Where Epi-Clear is used

Typical uses include wood tabletops, bartops, restaurant and hospitality fixtures, counters, furniture surfaces, decorative panels, display surfaces, coated artwork, and other clear finishing work.

Measuring, mixing, and application

Mix Part A resin and Part B hardener at a 1:1 ratio by volume. Prepare the surface and work area before mixing, combine the components thoroughly according to the product instructions, pour evenly, and allow the material to self-level. Maximum pour depth is 1/8 inch, typically applied as a seal coat plus a flood coat. Working time is about 20 minutes and the coating is tack-free in 11 to 12 hours. Part B is corrosive per the SDS. Review the safety data before use and wear appropriate protective equipment.
