The H2O Pool Patches are 6 inch die-cut circles built to pair with H2O Glue, the underwater-curing adhesive system from Chemical Concepts. The patch substrate is engineered to wet out and bond cleanly under water, which lets pool builders and service crews repair vinyl liner cuts, fiberglass cracks, and concrete pool leaks without draining the pool.

What the H2O Pool Patches do

Each patch is a 6 inch round of reinforced membrane sized to cover most pin-hole leaks, stress cracks, and skimmer-edge tears. Apply H2O Glue underwater adhesive to the back of the patch and press it over the damaged area while the pool is full. The adhesive cures under water and forms a permanent, waterproof bond that flexes with the pool surface.

How to apply

Apply a thin, even bead of H2O Glue to the back of the patch, press it firmly over the leak under water, and hold for the cure window stated on the H2O Glue label. Walk away once the patch is set. The bond strengthens as the adhesive fully cures, and you can refill or restart filtration once the working time has passed. For larger tears, overlap two patches with the seams running perpendicular to the water flow.
