FasBond E2400 cyanoacrylate is a clear, high-viscosity instant adhesive built for controlled bonding on production lines and in the repair shop. At roughly 2,400 cps, it stays where it’s placed instead of wicking into joints or running off vertical surfaces, so operators get a clean, predictable bond line on the first pass.

Where cyanoacrylate supports assembly

Instant adhesives like FasBond E2400 are the standard choice when a fixture-free bond needs to set in seconds rather than minutes. The higher viscosity grade works well on porous and semi-porous substrates, gap-filling up to 0.009 in, and holds well on rubber, plastic, and metal components common in fastener and hardware assembly.

Applying cyanoacrylate cleanly

Apply a thin, even bead to one surface, mate the parts, and hold under light pressure. Cure to handling strength runs under 12 seconds at 24 hours full cure under normal shop conditions. Keep the bottle tip clean between uses and store upright at room temperature to protect shelf life.
