Product Overview

Huntsman ARALDITE® 2014-3 is a two-component, room-temperature curing structural epoxy paste adhesive engineered as a CMR-free reformulation of ARALDITE® 2014. It delivers similar handling characteristics and performance with an
improved chemical safety profile. The adhesive is a dark grey, sag-resistant epoxy designed for demanding industrial bonding applications where resistance to heat, moisture, and aggressive chemicals is required. It also provides excellent gap-filling capability up to 5 mm, supporting reliable bonding on uneven or imperfect mating surfaces.

ARALDITE® 2014-3 is suitable for bonding metals, electronic components, composites, and many other substrates used in industrial manufacturing. Typical joint design targets an adhesive bondline thickness of 0.1 to 0.30 mm for best lap shear performance, while its thixotropic rheology helps prevent slump on vertical or overhead applications.
