Leister Solano AT Benefits
The Leister Solano AT is a light, quiet hot-air heat gun built around customer feedback. A brushless motor and durable Leister heating element give it a long service life, and the tool weighs about 1.6 lbs while running under 65 dB. Eco mode saves up to 40 percent energy. An Anti-Burn Design (ABD), intuitive controls, and an intelligent temperature controller keep operation safe and consistent. The heating element is replaceable (PN 142.717).
Common Applications
The Solano AT handles plastic welding, PVC welding, heat shrinking, vehicle wrapping, flooring, tarpaulin repair, and forming work across technical textiles and industrial fabrics. Its ergonomic design suits long sessions in many trades.

Weight is about 1.6 lbs and size is 10.6 x 3.0 x 9.4 inches. Choose the base gun (article 162.274), the Car Wrapping Kit, or the Plastic Welding Starter Kit. As of March 5, 2025, Leister no longer includes a carrying case with the Solano AT.
