Leister WeldPlast 600 is the most powerful hand extruder in the Leister range, built for high-output extrusion welding of HDPE and PP in tank and container construction. With output up to 6 kg/h and a double-sided rod intake, it handles large objects and heavy cross-sections that smaller extruders cannot.

It welds HDPE and PP using 4 to 5 mm rod, with material output of 2.6 to 4.0 kg/h at 4 mm and 3.6 to 6.0 kg/h at 5 mm, and handles sheet thickness from 20 to 40 mm. It measures about 31.9 inches long by 5.5 inches wide by 10.7 inches high and weighs roughly 26.9 lbs. It carries a CEE blue 16A plug, closed-loop air temperature control, coil screw heating, and CE approval (Protection Class I).
