The Lord Pak 400 dispenser is a pneumatic, air-powered applicator that pushes two-part adhesive from a 400 mL side-by-side cartridge at a 2:1 mix ratio. Built for Parker LORD structural adhesives, it drives both the A and B sides evenly through a static mixer, so the material leaves the nozzle fully blended and ready to apply.
How the Lord Pak 400 dispenser works
Connect shop air, load a 400 mL 2:1 cartridge, thread on a mixing nozzle, and squeeze the trigger. Air pressure replaces hand force, so operators can run long beads and high-viscosity acrylics and urethanes without fatigue. Adjustable flow lets you match output to the bead size the joint needs, from fine seams to structural fillets.
