Description

The Medmix 400ml C-System empty 4:1 ratio cartridge is a side-by-side dispensing solution for two-component adhesives, sealants, and potting compounds. Each cartridge ships empty with self-venting lip seal pistons and sealing caps, ready to be filled with the two-part material of your choice. Once filled and capped, the cartridge loads into a matching 400ml 4:1 manual or pneumatic cartridge gun. Attach a static mixer nozzle to the bell outlet and the two components meter and mix automatically as you dispense, holding the correct 4:1 volumetric ratio across the full draw.

The rigid C-System body keeps metering accurate and stable over long storage periods. Leakproof construction supports safe handling of reactive two-component chemistry, and the valve pistons fill cleanly without trapped air pockets that cause off-ratio shots at the start of a bead.

Surface Prep and Use

Fill each chamber with the correct component, taking care to keep the 4:1 side ratio in mind. Insert the valve pistons to purge air, then fit the sealing caps for storage. Before dispensing, remove the caps, load the cartridge into a matching 400ml 4:1 gun, and attach a fresh static mixer nozzle. Purge a short amount of material to confirm the streams are mixing evenly before applying to the work surface. Replace the mixer nozzle if the material is allowed to cure between uses.
