Description

The Medmix MixPeel 265ml Empty 2:1 Ratio Coaxial Cartridge is a refillable two-component cartridge built for storing and dispensing two-part adhesives and sealants that mix at a 2:1 ratio. The coaxial design places one barrel inside another, keeping the resin and hardener separated until you are ready to dispense. Each cartridge ships empty and includes the matching pistons and a sealing cap so you can fill, store, and seal the material until use. When you are ready to apply, attach a matching static mixing nozzle and load the cartridge into a compatible dispenser.

This is industrial-grade hardware. The coaxial format gives a high evacuation rate, which means less wasted adhesive left inside the barrel. The cartridge fits standard caulking-tube style dispensers, so a two-part material can be dispensed with common manual or pneumatic guns once the correct mixing nozzle is fitted. Surface Prep and Use

Fill the empty cartridge from the back inlet or the front outlet with your two-part material at the correct 2:1 volume. Install the pistons and seal the cartridge with the included cap for storage. Before dispensing, remove the cap, attach a matching static mixing nozzle, and load the cartridge into a compatible dispenser. Run a short bead to waste to confirm even flow and full mixing before applying to the work surface. Surfaces should be clean, dry, and free of oil, dust, and loose material per the adhesive manufacturer instructions.
