Description
MKH static mixer nozzles are disposable Medmix Sulzer Mixpac mixers for small dual-syringe adhesive dispensing. This MKH family fits 2.5 ml, 5 ml, and 10 ml KK series plastic syringes in 1:1 ratio systems, using an interlock style connection that seats the mixer on the syringe before the shot is dispensed.
MKH static mixer Applications
Use these nozzles for small-volume two-part materials where a fresh mixer protects the ratio and keeps cured adhesive out of the next dispense. They suit bench assembly, electronics work, repair kits, lab samples, and field bonding with epoxy, polyurethane, silicone, acrylic, and other two-component adhesives or sealants. The compact format helps teams dispense only the amount needed for small parts instead of opening a larger cartridge system.
MKH static mixer Selection Notes
- Match the nozzle to KK series syringe size before use.
- Confirm the syringe ratio is 1:1, since the product context lists all supported MKH syringe systems as 1:1.
- Use a new mixer when material begins to set inside the nozzle or when flow resistance increases.
- Discard used nozzles after the adhesive cures in the mixing path.
- Keep spare mixers with each syringe kit so operators do not reuse a partly cured tip.
Process Support
Static mixers are consumable process parts, not general-purpose tips. Before production use, confirm the syringe interface, mixer length, element count, and outlet style against the adhesive package. Purge both components until flow is even, attach the mixer, then dispense a small test bead before applying material to finished parts. Small format dispensing also reduces open adhesive exposure, which helps teams avoid wasted material during short repair jobs.
