Description
The MPP static mixer blends two-component adhesives, potting resins, and sealants in a compact X-grid body. Twenty mixing elements arranged in a cross-grid pattern fold the resin and hardener together as they pass through, so the bead leaving the stepped tip is fully homogeneous. The X-grid geometry runs about three times shorter than a comparable helical mixer, which cuts purge waste and keeps dispensing equipment compact.

Use it on two-part systems with large viscosity or volume differences, including 10:1 and 100:1 ratios where a standard helical element struggles to fold thin and thick streams evenly. Typical work includes industrial bonding, electronic potting, and precision dispensing on automated or robotic lines. The 16.70 mm bell inlet drops onto industry-standard cartridge and meter-mix outlets, and an optional Luer-lock adapter accepts dosing needles for fine bead control.

The element and housing are polypropylene, which resists most adhesive chemistries and dispenses cleanly without bonding to the cured material left in the tube. The stepped outlet narrows flow to a 3.70 mm opening for controlled placement, and the rigid housing keeps its shape under cartridge gun and pneumatic pressure. Each mixer is single use, so a fresh tube delivers an uncontaminated mix on every shot.
