Description
The Newborn caulk warmer bag keeps sealants, urethanes, and high-viscosity adhesives at working temperature in cold weather. It holds 12 standard 10 oz cartridges, 7 sausage tubes, 8 foam cans, or 12 rolls of sealing tape, with a built-in temperature gauge that regulates output to within 10 degrees of the set max. Maximum bag temperature is 115 degrees Fahrenheit.
Where the Newborn caulk warmer bag fits
Glaziers, roofers, and commercial sealant crews working in winter conditions or refrigerated environments need their cartridges warmed before dispensing. Sealant viscosity climbs sharply below 50 degrees Fahrenheit, which slows extrusion, fattens beads, and stresses guns. Warming the cartridges to standard application temperature restores normal dispensing behavior.
How the warmer bag is built
The bag dimensions are 18 inches high, 15 inches wide, and 3 inches deep, which fits a 10 oz cartridge crate plus a few accessories. The internal heating element runs from a 12-volt source through an inverter (purchased separately) so the bag works from a truck or jobsite power supply. The thermal gauge keeps the bag from overheating cartridges past the sealant manufacturer’s stated maximum.
