The Techcon TS432-HO-HD dispensing needle style nozzle is a 4 inch natural high-density nozzle with a 1/32 inch orifice for controlled cartridge output. It fits standard Techcon cartridges and equivalent 1/4 inch NPT outlets, giving production benches a long, narrow dispense path for adhesive, sealant, gel, and paste placement.

Where this dispensing needle nozzle fits

A 4 inch nozzle gives extra reach when the cartridge body cannot sit close to the joint. Operators use this style for beads inside channels, under lips, around fixtures, and across parts where a short nozzle would block the sight line.
